Entering cold water is not suitable for everyone. If you have heart or other health issues, please consult your doctor in advance.
The experience is not suitable for:
- Guests under 125 cm (4 ft 1 in) tall
- Pregnant guests
- Those with back problems
- Those with heart problems
- Guests with mobility limitations
- Wheelchair users
Participating under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants is strictly prohibited.
Preparation and equipment

We provide the survival suits, but please keep the following in mind:
Clothing: The best choice under the suit is a close-fitting base layer and long socks. Avoid thick sweaters or hoodies so the suit fits comfortably and you stay warm.
Insurance: Participants must have valid travel insurance.
Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for their own health condition and for following the instructions given.
